Remembering Essence is about finding our way back to ourself
As humans we all have gifts to give. Yet somehow, many of us feel unable to act in this natural way because we have lost contact with our Source - the Universe, The One. Remembering Essence is dedicated to helping seekers on their quest for meaning from life. Using a unique “hybrid” of modalities, I am able to help you shed light upon your path, and help to choose sacred action based upon diligent research as required, all the while working with clients in a light and enjoyable way.
Sunday Cote has been a minister for over 30 years with the Centers for Spiritual Living, dedicated to helping others
Sunday was senior minister at the Centers for Spiritual Living in Falls Church, Virginia, for seven years. After raising two boys in the Arizona heat, she moved back to the Washington area and within a short while had founded the Leesburg Center for Spiritual Living. In 2021, Sunday was elected to the position of Field Leader for Centers of Spiritual Living, headquartered in Golden, Colorado. In 2023, she received an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Centers for Spiritual Living.
In her studies and associations, she discovered the Enneagram, once a sacred and little-known method of personality typing based upon characteristic behaviours and patterns of mind. This had a remarkable impact on Sunday and thus she uses it as the framework for interaction with clients. She also adds depth to the process using the wisdom of Unified Mindfulness, and the integrative techniques of Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Sunday began to speak to friends about this technique and found that she possessed the ability to connect with and put others at ease. She then felt called to intuit a natural flow of gentle guidance towards whatever was needed. She felt that the richness of these experiences benefitted her and her counterpart in a profound way. This was the seed that has become Remembering Essence.
Sunday has advanced training in spiritual counselling, shadow work, trauma healing, and somatic embodiment.
The tools she uses have transformed her own life and she is passionate about supporting others who are ready to commit to their own path of transformation.
